Cruise Lines

Norwegian Cruise Line

There are a number of advantages to cruising in a group. The most important to note are that pricing may be lower than an individual booking and there may be certain amenities available such as Ship Board Credit (SBC) or a bottle of wine, etc. Not all cruise lines provide the same amenities or have the same rules. Booking into a group will usually add value to your cruise vacation.

Oceania Cruises

Six beautiful ships make up the Oceania fleet. Four (684 passengers) have had major refurbishments in 2014 & 2016 and the Marina and Riviera (1,250 passengers) are recent new builds (2011 & 2012).
Many would consider Oceania a luxury cruise line, but they maintain a deluxe pricing standard.

No formal nights coupled with formally attired and classically trained wait staff make for a very comfortable cruise. Oceania boldly claims to serve “the finest cuisine at sea” which might seem to be an overstatement. But they wouldn’t make such an immodest assertion if not for the tremendous contribution of the legendary Master Chef Jacques Pépin. As their Executive Culinary Director, he inspires the ships chefs to perform feats of gastronomic wizardry. Memorable dining begins with open-seating, as it allows you to dine when you are ready and with whomever you choose. Regardless of which of our restaurants you select, there are no dining surcharges. Cuisine is never prepared en masse as every single dish is created à la minute just for you. Also available are vegetarian, kosher and special diets upon request. Unlike the mass market cruise lines, I have never had a client complain about the quality and preparation of the food offered in any of the restaurants on any of the ships in the Oceania fleet.

Accommodations are more than comfortable and suite categories offer butler service and a number of amenities that are complimentary.
On Oceania’s ships, the ambiance is exceptionally relaxed and personal as the ships staff will singularly focus on your individual desires. Consequently, service standards soar to a level you will not find on larger ships. Ideally proportioned, Oceania’s ships can slip into boutique ports off-limits to larger vessels allowing for a unique experience without the crush and rush of several thousand other passengers.

Oceania offers a relaxed ambiance, the finest cuisine at sea, and the finest service staff in the industry. That should make it an easy decision to keep coming back again and again for your next cruise vacation. Of special note are some of the recent promotions. All are for a limited time but the most notable right now is Oceania is offering complimentary shore excursions on select voyages which is a new and value packed amenity worth hundreds of dollars per person. All Oceania pricing includes round trip air from select main city airports. Call us for the latest offerings.

Disney Cruise Line

The word Disney is synonymous with the word quality. Disney Cruise Line takes quality to new levels when it comes to family entertainment. In fact, Disney ships are designed for family fun. There are no casinos on any Disney ships. The would be casino area has been designed for children’s activities. Disney is the only cruise line that will allow children as young as 3 months to sail. The other cruise lines have a minimum six months of age. Disney Cruise Line has a fleet of three ships with a fourth due to arrive in March 2012. The Disney Dream (2011) is a model of innovation for family cruising. Most notable are the Inside Staterooms. Whereas other cruise lines might have a curtain on the wall to hide a nonexistent window, the Dream has a live feed video screen porthole showing what is going on out side the ship at any given moment. Naturally, Disney has age appropriate activities for kids of all ages including those kids over 21. There is an adult only poolrestaurant, Cabaret Shows, Lounges, fitness programs, and more. Why should the kids have all the fun……….Disney has announced a somewhat expanded cruise season starting this year and continuing into 2012 and beyond. Disney will continue to sail out of Los Angles and Port Canaveral, Florida. Starting in May 2011, Disney will be cruising out of Vancouver, British Columbia for the first time to do a series of Alaska cruises. When the new Disney Magic joins the fleet in 2012, Disney will continue ton sail out of Port Canaveral and Los Angles and will sail out of three new ports, Seattle, New York, and Galveston. And for the first time, the Wonder will operate one 15-day voyage to Hawaii round trip from Los Angeles, visiting the Big Island, Oahu, Maui and Kauai…..Please call or email for current pricing and cruise schedules for the Disney fleet.
