TERMS AND CONDITIONS AGREEMENT

YOUR AGREEMENT WITH ON TOUR TRAVEL, INC.

Your deposit and/or your Final Payment for any reservation or purchase made through On Tour Travel, Inc. for any cruise, tour, resort, air line ticket, excursion, show or event ticket, or any other service provided by On Tour Travel, Inc. constitutes your binding agreement to and the accepting of these Terms and Conditions as listed herein.

Furthermore, you accept and agree to these Terms and Conditions on behalf of all individuals traveling with you under the same Supplier reservation number regardless of age or relationship. 

Furthermore, you accept and agree to inform all individuals traveling with you under the same Supplier reservation number the On Tour Travel, Inc. Terms and Conditions Agreement as listed herein.

Responsibility

On Tour Travel, Inc., its employees, shareholders, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, and directors (collectively known as “On Tour Travel”) does not own or operate any entity  (collectively know as “Suppliers”) which is to provide or does provide goods or services for your trip, including, for example, airlines, cruise lines, lodging facilities, transportation and excursion companies, eating establishments, local ground handlers, tour operators, food service or entertainment providers, or any other entity associated with your trip, etc. As a result, On Tour Travel assumes no responsibility for and shall not be liable for any act or willful act or failure to act of any such person, Supplier, or of any other third party not under its direct control. Without limiting the foregoing, On Tour Travel accepts no responsibility for any risk or resulting injury, loss of property, delay, inconvenience, damage, or death which results from criminal activity, accidents, disease, epidemics or the threat thereof, illness, the provision of inappropriate or no medical attention or the lack of access to same, the demands of indoor or outdoor activities, strikes, political or civil unrest, overbooking, structural or other defective conditions in hotels, cruise ships, other lodging facilities, airplanes, trains, or any other type of transportation, acts of terrorism or threat thereof, insurrection or revolt, weather, acts of God, or any other events or circumstances beyond its control. In addition, On Tour Travel is not responsible for typographical or substantive errors in descriptions of hotels, cruise ships, etc. or programs offered by the Suppliers. You hereby release On Tour Travel from all claims arising out of any problem covered in this paragraph.

Travel arrangements involving airline, cruise components, lodging facilities, or offered by any other Supplier may be subject to supplemental price increases that may be imposed by the Supplier and/or a government after you have completed your purchase. You hereby consent to any such price increases and authorize your credit or debit card to be used for them. Suppliers have their own contracts covering cancellation penalties and other terms and conditions, and you may be bound by those contracts regardless of whether you receive notice of their terms and conditions. 

Your deposit and/or your Final Payment, constitutes you are consenting to and are in agreement to, accepting these terms and conditions.
